Product details
Hoop iron is the perforated steel strap fundis nail or mortar into blockwork courses to tie walls to columns and stabilise masonry panels. Its punched holes let nails and mortar key through, locking the strap into the structure.
Beyond wall ties it is used for bracing timber trusses, strapping junctions, anchoring plates and general site fixing — a roll is cheap insurance against cracked wall-column junctions.
Order a 25kg roll on Sasa Purerise with your blockwork materials — site delivery and escrow payment included.
